Esta valoraci\u00f3n puede aumentar o disminuir conforme el entorno sea modificado por condiciones internas o externas generadas por causas naturales o antr\u00f3picas. No obstante, son circunstancias o condiciones que, de presentarse, potencian o disminuyen la probabilidad y efectos de un riesgo.
